Staff Member of the Game Nomination Form

The Arkansas Tech Alumni Association will recognize a Staff member of the game for each of the home football games and for a select number of home basketball games. A staff member nominated using this form will be randomly selected to receive the award. Staff members can be nominated by staff, faculty, or students for this award.

Submissions that do not have substantial reasons as why this person was nominated will not be considered.
